I used to be on the goal setting hamster wheel too, and let me tell you...the struggle is real!
I would focus on the pretty planner and spend hours getting everything just right.
I would dive into massive goals with so much energy and drive and then be so disheartened when two weeks later that cute planner was collecting dust on a shelf somewhere.
It wasn't until I learned that our brains can actually be holding us back that I was able to get off the hamster wheel and finally make progress on my goals!!
Through the super simple steps introduced in this challenge, I was able to do insane things like write a book in 90 days, and go from not being able to run for 60 seconds to being able to run a 5K without walking.
Willpower fails us all eventually. Everything seems to be going well and then all of a sudden...we don't "want" to work on our goal. So we fall back into old patterns.
